Shipping: We ship all purchases USPS unless otherwise noted. Orders usually arrive to you within 5-7 postal days.
Returns: We guarantee our Products against any Manufacturers defects. Contact us within 7 days and we will supply
a Return Authorization for any item received and believed to be defective. We need your item returned within 2
weeks. We will happily replace your item.
Exchanges: We sometimes authorize exchanges but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges if approved.
How to Clean your Jewelry
Simply remove all charms and wash with a soft cloth with warm soapy water. Be sure to dry thoroughly and allow to
air dry for a few hours before placing the charms back inside.

other items may present a choking hazard. Lockets contain glass and
if dropped or treated roughly may break, which could cause injury. Please use care
when opening lockets, putting pressure on glass may cause glass to break or
